What should I do if I received wrong item?

If the item you received are wrong, you can reach out through email zungieillustration@gmail.com . Once confirmed, return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and we will cover the shipping cost, when the item is received, the corrected item would be sent to you.

Please note that most items won't be restocked until the next convention event, there are limits to exchange that we could do and we appreciate your understanding.

 

What should I do if the item is damaged when it arrives?

If the items you received are damaged, please inform through email zungieillustration@gmail.com ,and within the email, please attach an image to show the damaged item so we may label the parcel if needed. Once confirmed, return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and we will cover the return shipping.

Once we received your returned item, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
