Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped in next business day. For orders placed after 5 PM ET on Friday, they will be processed on Monday.

The available shipping carriers are USPS, DHL Express, UPS and Fed Ex with the options of standard and expedited shipping. Once the order is proceed, customers will receive tracking number.

Please note that if your item you received are damaged, please reach out through email zungieillustration@gmail.com with attaching photo of the damaged item within 30 days of delivery to begin return process.

Along with lost item, please inform through email and we will do our best to track the item, or send in replacement.
